Developing the brand identity for this socially-conscious health food startup was a truly collaborative effort. My design department teammates had previously created Earthli's logo and retail packaging for its hemp protein supplements. With these key pieces of the puzzle already in place, my job was to build a website to showcase the company's product line, as well as educate the general public about the nutritional and ecological benefits afforded by sustainably-grown hemp.
Custom illustrations and torn-paper treatments around the borders of images and buttons were used to give a natural, homespun aesthetic to the presentation. Design choices that I'd made for the website later informed my approach to creating a series of product information sheets for Earthli's retail partners.
